It was a powerful and meaningful occasion that brought us together in a spirit of unity, purpose, and shared commitment.cDuring this gathering, we assembled to affirm our dedication to building a stronger and more united DeKalb County Republic. Standing together on those steps, we publicly declared our commitment to the principles of self-governance, civic responsibility, and service to our community. Through our voices, our presence, and our unity, this occasion became a significant milestone in our Assembly's journey. This was more than a meeting—it was a historic moment that reflected the determination, vision, and collective spirit of those who came together with the shared purpose of serving and strengthening their community. Today is a beautiful and historic day at the National Archives in Decatur, Georgia.Here, under the light of truth and purpose, Demario Scott serves as the Interim DeKalb County Republic Clerk for the Georgia Republic. This moment represents more than a gathering — it is a declaration. A proclamation of resettlement and reclamation for the Georgia Republic.With honor and intention, we place our thumbprints as living witnesses, sealing our presence and our commitment. Each mark carries meaning — identity, unity, and the restoration of what belongs to the people.This is not just a moment in time… it is a movement. A return to foundation, a reclaiming of voice, and a step forward into a renewed path for Georgia.Today, history is not just remembered — it is being written.

James Timonty Turner
From the publisher Through an amazing series of events, on April 28, 2016, court was held in Heaven on behalf of the interim government of the re-inhabited American Republic and her founding president, James Timothy Turner. President Turner was kidnapped in 2012 and held as a political prisoner by "cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men," (to quote President George Washington's Farewell Address of 1796) of the de facto Corporate UNITED STATES that masquerades as the original American Republic.
What began as "a legal brief for the Courts of Heaven," amazingly birthed forth two volumes of America's truthful history along with the story of the re-inhabitation that occurred in 2010. Re-inhabited: Republic for the United States of America is published in a series of two volumes; Volume I, "America's Truthful History," and Volume II,
"The Story of the Re-inhabitation. "Both volumes of Re-inhabited have been condensed into 70-key points in the format of an Affidavit and Declaration of Truth of which ended being presented to the Supreme Judge of the world after all. What Heaven heard as testimony by the "Scribe of the Nation," is presented in James Timothy Turner An American President Political Prisoner: A Legal Brief and Appeal to the Courts of Heaven.

Humanitarian ProjectÂ
           **Creative Humanitarian Housing Project – DeKalb County Republic **
                   Planned Launch: Mid-2027 or Earlier (If Available)
**The **Quantum Creative Humanitarian Housing Project** is a community-focused initiative being developed to help eligible individuals and families pursue opportunities for homeownership within DeKalb County Republic. If you are interested in participating, we encourage you to submit your information now. Early registration will allow us to build a list of interested participants and keep you informed as the program progresses.
 When the project officially launches—currently anticipated for mid-2027 or earlier, if circumstances allow—registered participants will receive updates regarding the application process, eligibility requirements, and available housing opportunities.

This initiative is currently intended for homes located within DeKalb County RepublicÂ
There is currently no planned cap on the number of people who may register their interest. Our goal is to assist as many eligible DeKalb County residents as the program is able to serve.
If the home you originally selected is no longer available when the program begins, you may have the opportunity to choose another eligible home located within DeKalb County Republic.
If requested during registration, you may provide the property's link, address, and asking price so it can be included with your information.* Program details, timelines, eligibility requirements, and available housing opportunities may be updated as the project develops.##Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
